According to Sec 25a act No. 85/1996 Coll., on advocacy, as amended, advocate is entitled to replace official signature authentication as required by special legal acts by his declaration with the same effect. In this context, I offer signature authentication on documents I processed as well as on other documents. Document has to be signed in presence of advocate who provide authentication, i.e. it is not possible to recognize the signature as own.
In case of immobile persons or in other specific situation it is possible to agree on signature of documents and authentication of signatures also in other premises than seat of advocate.
Legal services are provided primarily on basis of contractual hour rate or fixed payment for all case, but also on basis of non-contractual remuneration according to Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., Advocate Tariff.
The amount of remuneration is agreed with client primarily with regard to duration of required legal services or with regard to the long-term providing of legal services to the same client. Judicial, administrative and other fees are fully paid by client.
The Czech Bar Association was on 5th February 2016 was accredited by Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic by out of court settlement of consumers disputes for area of disputes between lawyer and consumer from contract on providing of legal services, regarding to act No. 634/1992 Coll., on protection of consumer, as amended. In 2014 I passed state final exam in specialization of Law and Legal Science at Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. I completed practice as Trainee Lawyer in one of leading law firms in South Bohemia, which I co-operated with till autumn 2020.
Currently I work as independent lawyer seated at Hluboká nad Vltavou. I focus particularly at civil, business and labour law. I have numerous experiences also with bankruptcy and registry law.
